Environmental authorization
The Varese provincial authorities have authorized Eurovetro to recover all types of non-hazardous glass waste and the main types of metal and plastic packaging arising from the collection of sorted municipal waste.
In total, Eurovetro can recover 520,000 tons of waste per year at its facilities in Origgio (Varese, Italy).

To protect and guarantee its products and, consequently, the customers who use these materials, Eurovetro complies with EU regulations no. 1179/12 and no. 333/11, which dictate the criteria for when glass and metallic scraps cease to be considered waste:
